Mind the Gap
MANILA, Philippines - Fashion is continuously growing and so is Gap, with its wide array of fashion choices available for men and women.
Three fashion stylists — Bea Constantino, Rachelle Que and Sidney Yap — are out to prove that they can show a side of Gap that we don’t normally see.
Though these fashion stylists have different fashion principles, they unite for their love of Gap clothing. For Bea, Gap is all about style and comfort. She loves the tried-and-tested durability of Gap’s garments. At Gap, she says, “you can find a top with really good quality. Wash it a lot and it still fits perfectly. You get your money’s worth. Gap has evolved from its usual image. Gap became versatile and veered away from the typical and traditional; they’ve become trendier than before and still stick to their signature look.” Rachelle admires how Gap fits all body types: “They give comfort with style. It’s stylish and it fits well. Fit is really important.” She finds that Gap’s collections are not constricting and that Gap is actually upping the style ante of their looks. It’s “basic” with a touch of style: “(What I like is that) there is a detail that distinguishes their clothes.” Sidney admires how holistic Gap is in terms of style: “You can mix and match their pieces and create a new look.” He noticed that their collections are more into lifestyle: “They use trends in their own way and do not compromise on comfort.”
Gap is exclusively distributed in the Philippines by Casual Clothing Specialists, Inc. (CCSI), a subsidiary of Stores Specialists, Inc. and is available at SM Mall of Asia, Shangri-La Plaza Mall, TriNoMa Mall, Glorietta 4, Bonifacio High Street, Alabang Town Center, SM Megamall and Robinsons Place Manila.
