Elvis at 75: Still Rockin'
MANILA, Philippines - This year, Elvis Presley, the late “King of Rock and Roll,” would have turned 75. This August, the Elvis Presley Friendship Club Philippines International commemorates his 33rd death anniversary with a show at Blue Wave Restos Covered Tent located at EDSA ext. cor. Macapagal Ave., Pasay City on Sunday, Aug. 15, 5 p.m. The show features an Elvis Sing-Alike and Look-Alike contest; Elvis models this year will include kids in Elvis jumpsuits; and the Best Filipino Elvis Tribute Artists will be accompanied by the internationally known Pinoy Elvis Band.
