Duck ravioli at Amici
Amici offers two new pasta dishes. The first is the Spinach Cannelloni made with spinach leaves in creamy cheese sauce mixed with ricotta cheese, pomodoro and béchamel baked in a cannelloni pasta shell. The other is the Duck Ravioli with fresh and handmade ravioli filled with roasted duck and spinach topped with creamy marsala sauce mixed with shiitake and porcini mushrooms.
