Melawares names ‘Cusina Idols’

MANILA, Philippines - Melawares, the high-quality melamine tableware, and Urban Kitchen, the complete restaurant and food solution, awarded the winners of its “Next Cusina Idol Cook-off Challenge.” Mercedita Madrona bagged the title in the Cooking Enthusiast Division with her fish recipe Adobo Marinated Hito in Sisig Wraps, while Kimberly Jane Solejon won in the Culinary Students Division with her dish Pan-Roasted Chicken Breast with Chinese Sausage Stuffing.
