Ready-to-serve Christmas meals by Florabel

MANILA, Philippines - Parties will be less stressful if you order savory dish trays by chef Florabel. Fill your dining table with her restaurants’ best-selling dishes.  

From Corazon, you can order ham, cheese, and chorizo croquetas (P995), chicken galantina (P1,600), special embutido (P1,500), beef morcon (P1,900), callos Madrilena (P1,950), shrimp gambas, (P1,450), mushroom salpicao (P800), beef salpicao (P1,800), rabo de toro or stewed oxtail (P1,980), lengua estofado (P1,900), lengua in mushroom sauce (P2,100), paella negra (P1,250), paella Valenciana (P1,400), paella mariscos (P1,400), whole baby lechon (P5,500), and quezo de bola cheesecake (P1,300).

From her Filipino restaurants, Crisostomo and Elias, you can order Crispilicious Pata (P1,250), lasagna caldereta (P1,400), Lengua Laruja or braised ox tongue in mushroom gravy (P2,300), Pinoy Paella (P1,350), rice noodles with pork leg, (P1,200), inihaw platter  (P1,595), whole baby lechon (P5,500), chicken galantina (P1,600), special embutido (P1,500), and a range of deserts.

You can also put a little bit of flair in your celebration by trying Asian fusion dishes such as the roast US Angus rib eye with twice-baked potato, steamed vegetables, and mushroom sauce (P3,000/k), BBQ baby back ribs with buttered corn and carrots (P3,400), braised beef short ribs with baby potatoes and glazed beans (P3,200), baked Asian salmon with salmon fillet gratinated with Japanese seaweed and cheese (P3,300), baked salmon Rockefeller served with salmon fillet gratinated with spinach, bacon, and cheese (P3,300), roast whole chicken with mushroom stuffing and served with sauteed vegetables (P1,300), Angus beef steak tagalog (P1,800), and roast whole turkey with cranberry jelly, mashed potato, giblet gravy, and buttered vegetables (P7,000), which are available at Florabel (Podium) and Felix (Greenbelt 5). 

There’s also a range of pasta dishes (starts at P1,800) and desserts (starts at P1,100) to choose from.

All dishes are served in an 8 x 12 aluminum tray and serves eight to 12 persons.
