MANILA, Philippines - Famous Korean Chef Young Jung Kim of the Oakwood Premier Coex Center in Seoul, Korea, graces Oakroom restaurant in the Oakwood Premier Joy~Nostalg Center Manila from Sept.11-20 to give diners a taste of the tasty and tangy Korean cuisine that has won the world over.

“The essential ingredient of a delicious meal depends on the quality of the spices and sauces that complete the whole dining experience” said Chef Kim who is famous for his Hae Mul Bok Eum – a seafood stir fry that is deliciously decorated with scallops, prawn, squid, squash, onion and garlic with hot spicy sauce.  

“The chili peppers in the sauce heighten the gastronomic essence of the dish making it intensely flavored, savory and bold”, he added.

The Seoul International Food Expo Champion's Tasty, Tangy and Totally Korean menu will be served as an a la carte offering from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
