MANILA, Philippines - Condé Nast Traveler recently released its 2013 Hot List of the world’s best, listing Fairmont Makati and Raffles Makati as the only city hotels in the Philippines in the “Best New Hotel” category. Earning a spot is no small feat. Inclusion means triumphing over thousands of other properties hoping for the same honor but shared by a select few from countries across the globe.
