New events hall at Discovery Shores Boracay
MANILA, Philippines - Discovery Shores Boracay announced the opening of its new events hall, a three-floor structure that includes two 65-square-meter function rooms and a gym on the ground floor. “The new multi-purpose venue allows us to showcase Discovery Shores’ unique brand of service and style that promises a polished meeting experience, making the resort an attractive corporate retreat,” said Leeds Trompeta, resident manager.
The events hall can accommodate a variety of seating arrangements according to the event’s requirements and the client’s needs. The space provides comfortable layout styles to accommodate round seating with a capacity of 30 persons, theater seating with a capacity of 60, classroom seating with a capacity of 36, and U-shape seating with a capacity of 20.
Meeting packages are on offer for whole-day and half-day events, for a minimum of 20 persons. Both half-day (P2,000+ per person) and whole-day (P2,500+ per person) packages include a choice of a roll-in buffet lunch in the meeting room or at the Sands Restaurant, butler service, a water station, flowing coffee, tea, candies and mints. Meeting stationeries and pens, and whiteboard with markers are also provided. The venue is likewise equipped with LCD projector, a rostrum or platform. The whole facility is Wi-Fi enabled.
