Moulinex cooking caravan in SM Cebu and SM Cavite

MANILA, Philippines - SM Homeworld and Moulinex invite food lovers as the Moulinex Cooking Caravan makes a stop at SM City Cebu on May 12 and at SM City Dasmariñas, Cavite, on May 26.

Hotel InterContinental Manila Chef Leonelia “ Liah” de Castro, winner of the Moulinex “You Cook Video Recipe Challenge Year 2’” will share ideas on creating food garnishes as well as some of her plating dish techniques. She will prepare her winning entry, Chili Coriander Crab with Mango Puree and Saba Tower during the event.

Celebrity chef Tristan Encarnacion, a member of the SM Food Council and a chef instructor at the Center for Culinary Arts Manila, will also grace the event, teaching  participants  how to make easy-to-cook nutritious and economical recipes for moms and kids this summer using some of the latest Moulinex Kitchen products like pressure cookers, coffee makers, hand blenders and mixers, bread toasters, juice extractors, and meat mincers.

He will highlight the Moulinex’ Ruby Red Collection line, including the Moulinex Masterchef 5000 used at the ABS-CBN’s Junior Masterchef Pinoy Edition. The latest Moulinex Ruby Red Collection Line is available at Homeworld Department at selected SM Department Stores.
