Coach Spo Gets Healthy With Gaita Fores

MANILA, Philippines - Chef and restaurateur Gaita Fores puts together an easy-to-prepare and deliciously healthy salad with Miami Heat head coach and NBA Fit Ambassador to the Philippines Erik Spoelstra during the NBA Fit Healthy Cooking demonstration at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in connection with NBA Fit Week. NBA Fit is the National Basketball Association’s global comprehensive health and wellness program that encourages physical activity and healthy living for children and families through programs and events. NBA Fit Philippines 2011, spearheaded by Coach Spo for the second consecutive year, toured schools and malls to promote the gospel of fitness, proper diet, physical activity, proper sleep, and regular health checkups.
