CCA offers two new courses

-

MANILA, Philippines - The Center for Culinary Arts (CCA, Manila) offers two intensive, 13-day courses specifically designed to enhance the baking mastery of students or to expand expertise in global cuisine.

CCA offers only the highest level of education and training under the tutelage of its roster of master chefs, preparing its students to “cook for the world.”

The advance culinary arts program course is a comprehensive 78-hour training program that is based on CCA’s core principle: Mastering cooking skills and strengthening knowledge through taste and hands-on-production.

Discover the “Best of Traditional and Contemporary Global Flavors.” Among the sessions included in this course are garde manger, Latin American and Caribbean and techniques of healthy cooking.

The “Advanced Baking & Pastry Arts” course is a 78-hour, comprehensive hands-on training program that is based on CCA’s aim of developing baking skills, infusing knowledge and transforming the learner’s attitude through the right concepts and techniques, proper palate training, speed in working, and teamwork. Sessions such as chocolate & confectionery and European cakes are designed to teach specific skills, which gradually become more complex as the program progresses.

The Center for Culinary Arts, Manila is on Katipunan Avenue, Quezon City. It has satellite campuses in Farmers Market, Cubao; a restaurant school near SM Mall of Asia called Oceana and at Eastwood Mall called CCA Kitchen. The school also offers diploma and certificate programs accredited by the American Culinary Federation as well as basic courses for beginners and creative, recreational, and lifestyle courses for kitchen enthusiasts.
