KFC shakes up tradition with new service system

MANILA, Philippines - KFC launches its upgraded version of their Bucket Attitude store at Market! Market, at The Fort, Taguig.

After the launch of its first concept store at the SM Mall of Asia, KFC’s second Bucket Attitude store steps it up a notch with a new service system that complements KFC’s aesthetic and technological initiatives. It also matches the modern lifestyle of Filipinos, which is attuned to the demands of the changing times.

The KFC Bucket Attitude store exudes internal beauty and novelty by radiating a younger and fresher vibe. Its walls are beautifully emblazoned in signature red vibrancy, decked with collage-style artwork and mural depicting the local Fort area, which speaks of its relevance to the community it belongs to. The store’s seating and design elements are played in sleek geometric forms for additional stimulation.

To complement the young and edgy atmosphere, KFC introduces a new service system that promises to serve customers in a faster and more efficient manner. First KFC restaurant in the Philippines and the world to boast of the new system, it separates the order and pick-up areas, which is traditionally together in most fastfood establishments. 

A new look: The pick up center at KFC

The new service system is designed with the modern customer in mind as it sets to amplify convenience and lessen unnecessary waiting time. Customers place their orders at the Counter area and are given a number.   They will then proceed to the Pick Up area where an LCD screen will display their order when it is available. With the aid of technology and a more efficient back-of-the house, customers can get their food immediately, whether small or big orders.   

Aside from speedy service, every customer’s stay in the store becomes visually stimulating as the wonders of technology are all over the place. While waiting for the food or while enjoying dining in with family or friends, customers can take their pictures at the photo booth near the Pick Up area to savor every KFC moment. The LCD TV neatly placed in the dining area loops the photos they have captured in the photo booth for everyone’s entertainment.There is also free Wi-fi for everyone’s cravings for internet access.
