Gerry's circle of friends grows

MANILA, Philippines - At a time when online networking sites like Facebook and Friendster make connecting and keeping track of friends just a click away, it is good to know that the traditional way of building and nurturing friendships still remains strong at Gerry’s Grill.

Now, being part of Gerry’s circle of friends has become a richly rewarding experience with the advent of Gerry’s Grill Circle of Friends. 

“The Circle of Friends was deployed about two years ago to give back something to our guests who have been loyal patrons of our restaurants,” says Meggie Jose, Gerry’s Grill marketing director. “Another special treat that we give our members is our once-a-month party held in one of our branches.”

 Jose adds that their loyal customers followed the events and invited their friends to tag along and sign up for the Circle of Friends program. Some even set their birthday celebrations and weekend gimmicks to coincide with the monthly event.

Gerry’s Grill Circle of Friends now has 60,000 members spread over 42 Gerry’s Grill branches nationwide.

“So far we have concluded the 20th Circle of Friends parties for 2010, but we are looking forward to 2011 with more branches and bigger parties in store for our loyal friends,” add Jose. “And, of course, more benefits and freebies from the Circle of Friends card.”
