Their specialty are steaks, and highly recommended is the Bistecca 122, approximately one kilo, Prime USDA choice cut of rib eye roast, ready to be served for two to four persons. Grilled then finished off in the oven, it’s cooked to perfection, with a beautiful crusted exterior, melts in the mouth interior, and marble white fat showcasing that only the best was used.
