Fine dining etiquette course at Makati Shangri-La

Polpog and gising gising at Dencio’s

Dencio’s introduces three popular Pinoy dishes, namely, Ilocos polpog, Nueva Ecija’s gising gising, and kilawing tuyom from the Visayas. 

Gising gising is a spicy mix of finely chopped Baguio beans, siling labuyo, ground pork, and coconut mix.  

Polpog is loaded with grilled and chopped pork jowls, bituka and liver in tuba vinegar and mayo.

Kilawing tuyom is sea urchin soaked in a special vinegar sauce.

Dencio’s truly Pinoy delicacies are also offered with the New Beer and Pulutan Combo loaded with five beers and a plate of pulutan at barkada-friendly prices.
