A Valentine feast at Cabalen
MANILA, Philippines - For Valentine’s Day, Cabalen offers a delicious feast with all -time favorites such as sizzling sisig, kare-kare, bulalo, beringhe, paksiw na lechon and kalderetang baka. Special Valentine dishes include balot ala pobre, kinamunggayang manok, saluyot pancit canton, ginisang sitaw with grilled liempo, beef papaitan and avocado salad.
