Crispy pork callos, putanesca negra at Rocksalt

Rocksalt is chefs Rob Pengson and Benny Ledesma’s new restaurant on Timog Avenue in Quezon City. “It’s common, it’s down-to-earth, it’s quintessential,” chef Rob explains, and yet it has the ability to turn “familiar dishes a notch higher to cure sinful cravings.”
