Choco-Berry Cooler
Ingredients:
3/4 cup cold milk
1/4 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
2 tbsps. Hershey’s Chocolate Syrup
2 tbsps. plus 2 tsps. vanilla ice cream
ginger ale or club soda, chilled
fresh strawberries
mint leaves (optional)
Directions:
Place milk, fresh strawberries, Hershey’s Chocolate Syrup and 2 tbsps. ice cream in a blender. Cover. Blend until smooth.
Alternate 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream and chocolate mixture in a tall ice cream soda glass; fill glass with ginger ale or club soda. Garnish with fresh strawberry and mint leaf, if desired. Serve immediately.
Makes one 14-ounce serving.
