New courses at the Academy for International Culinary Arts

-

The Academy for International Culinary Arts (AICA) provides aspiring chefs and restaurateurs top-of-the-line training and education with its latest course offering, certificate on commercial cooking.

The academy offers a competency-based curriculum, which allows students to complete the current diploma program by level.

The first level, certificate in commercial cooking, ensures that students are able to learn the basic culinary skills and be gainfully employed in professional kitchens such as restaurants and hotels.

Should the students decide to pursue their culinary career to higher levels, they will continue their program and complete the diploma in international culinary arts and professional kitchen management.

The complete program provides students with the fundamentals needed for higher positions in the kitchen and, coupled with enough experience, the skills to eventually run their own kitchens as executive chefs and restaurateurs.

To learn more about AICA and its other course offerings, visit www.aicaculinary.com or call   672-2119 or 672-2271. Aica is located at the 2nd floor of Skyway Twin Towers, Capt. Henry P. Javier St., Brgy. Orambo, Pasig City.
