Sweet treats from Nesvita

Power Polvoron
Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups Nesvita Pro-weight Management
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 cup coarsely crushed Nestle Fitness
Procedure:
Toast flour in a pan over slow heat until light brown in color.
Remove from heat. While still hot, stir in Nesvita and sugar. Mix very well.
Add butter and crushed Nestle Fitness. When mixture is fully incorporated, shape polvoron into desired shape using a polvoron mold.
Arrange in a container and refrigerate for at least two hours for easy handling before wrapping in cellophane or Japanese paper.
Fudgey Ice Candy
Ingredients:
4 cups water
1/2 cup sugar
1 40g bar Nestle dark chocolate
3 tbsps. unsweetened cocoa
3 tbsps. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1-1/2 cup Nesvita Pro-weight Management
Procedure:
Boil water. Add sugar and stir until sugar dissolves. Add chocolate and cocoa. Mix well to dissolve chocolate.
When mixture is smooth and lump-free, add all-purpose flour. Stir in salt and Nesvita. Mix vigorously to completely dissolve all ingredients.
Transfer on a different container. Let it cool.
Pour into plastic used for ice candy or into molds. Freeze for four hours or until frozen.
Milky Egg Surprise
Ingredients:
4 whole eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup Nesvita Pro-weight Management dissolved in
1 cup water
1 tbsp. corn oil
1 med. onion, sliced
1 med. red bell pepper, cubed
1/2 cup corn kernel
1 tsp. Maggi Magic Sarap (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:
Combine egg and milk. Set aside.
Heat oil. Stir in onion and pepper, cook until limp.
Pour in prepared egg and stir for one minute. Add corn kernel and continue stirring for another minute.
Season with Maggi Magic Sarap, salt, and pepper to taste.
Serve with crackers, toast, and bagels.
