The flavors of Mediterranean cuisine come together in the rustic kitchen of Sophia’s, the newest restaurant and deli at Westgate Center in Filicity, Alabang.
Sophia’s food takes inspiration from the neighboring cuisines of Italy, France, Greece, and Turkey.
Sophia’s Christmas menu buffet has a wide array of dishes to choose from. A choice of three appetizers, soup, pasta, three main entrée dishes, vegetable or rice, appetizer with a round of iced tea go for only P495 for lunch and P595 for dinner.
The appetizers consist of cocktail pizza, bruschetta, tiropita, baked mushrooms or mussels, gambas and kalamarikia soup, Greek village, Caesar, and mista salads, and tomato or pumpkin soup.
Pasta dishes include mousaka, spaghetti ragu, vongole, pesto and lasagna while the main entrée choices are roast chicken, osso bucco, Greek lamb casserole, beef estofado, fish fillet, and the seafood medley.
