The Alba legacy continues

-

For 56 years now, Alba Restaurante Español has been promoting and sustaining the culinary heritage of Spain in the Philippines.

Led by Señor Alba, his food-loving scions ensure that the Alba culinary legacy continues. Señor Alba has turned over the day-to-day operations of the business to his sons chef Miguel, Alba’s general manager; and 31-year-old Paulo Andres de Alba, who was recently appointed commissary operations manager.

“I feel honored to be trusted to carry on the family tradition of providing our loyal clients with a superb dining experience,”   Paulo says.
