Robinsons Land to build high-end community in Mactan

- Honey Jarque Loop -

Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC), one of the leading real estate firms in the Philippines, recently unveiled Amisa, its high-end leisure community project at the Marquee of Shangri-La Mactan Resort and Spa.

During the launch, Frederick Go, president and COO of JG Summit Company, a leading business conglomerate in the Philippines, noted that Robinsons Land Corporation has gained its formidable status and esteemed name with its strategically located residential condominiums, hotel and commercial centers that are world-class. Having accomplished this feat, they will now build a landmark five-star condo-resort project in Cebu.

As one of the biggest investor capitals in southern Philippines and being home to mother company JG Summit Holdings Inc., Cebu stood out as the natural choice for the project as it has consistently displayed great tourism and business potential.

The five-hectare property in Punta Engaño on Mactan Island will be developed into a residential condominium resort that will target retirement home buyers as its main market.

RLC takes coastal architecture to new heights with the development of Amisa. Architect Albert Yu of ASYA Design Partner deviates from the familiar beach shacks and traditional low-rise island development and creates a private paradise that addresses the demand for modern leisure island living.

“The resort development was conceived to allow its users to enjoy an active interaction with nature while preserving and enhancing its environment. The concept of the towers soaring above the rest of the natural site takes advantage of the picturesque views it offers,” says Yu.

Every condominium unit either comes with a view of the gardens and amenities, the inviting resort area or of the beautifully landscaped seaside foliage and tranquil pristine sea.

The leisure activities such as lazing around at the viewing decks or getting a soothing massage at the luxurious spa are incorporated into a garden landscape that is pleasing to the body and attractive to the eye. The enthralling space even has direct access to the beachfront via a private walkway, which skirts the resort hotel and leads to an exclusive boardwalk over a jetty, and terminates in a sea pavilion with a 270-degree panorama of the water.

Amisa has the perfect holiday landscape that guarantees real relaxing getaways for the whole family. Named after the Sanskrit term for an object of enjoyment or a pleasing and beautiful object, Amisa paints an idyllic picture of a dream retirement or vacation home with it residential condominium studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom flat-type units. Its hotel, on the other hand, provides the much desired and well-deserved priceless respite from the demands of the city.

And what’s even more exciting is the fact that JG Summit Holding’s Inc.’s wholly owned subsidiaries Robinsons Savings Bank and Robinsons Land Corporation recently embarked on a new financing tie-up scheme, Super Easy Home Straight Payment, that features a single monthly installment amount from down payment period with RLC until the end of the loan term with Robinsons Savings Bank. This way, qualified buyers don’t go through the hassle of looking for bank financing after full down payment. This way, the soon proud owners will always have the peace of mind of knowing a more predictable monthly cash flow.

Amisa, the soon-to-rise resort community, is the ultimate holiday landscape, providing the perfect setting for weekend getaways, long vacations, and leisure residence.
