Ayala Malls honors best Cebu retailers

The most outstanding Cebu retailers were recently invited to Manila for the Seventh Annual Ayala Malls Merchant Awards night held at the Greenbelt 2 Park.
Jelly and Fish, represented by Michael and Cristeen Quezon, was the recipient of the Overall Visual Merchandize Excellence Award. The special citation gives recognition to Ayala Malls merchants for their efforts and enthusiasm in effecting good visual merchandizing and display in their outlets the whole year.
The Marketing Excellence was given to Pizza Hut for undertaking a successful marketing program that is innovative and has consistently supported the malls special events and activities.
The Store Operations Excellence Award recognizes the efforts of establishments that strictly adhere to the operational and customer service standards. The awardees included Alberto, Celine, Levis, Lacoste, Iris, and Nike Park.
Chosen as the Most Promising Retailer was Oxygen represented by Dino Sagun, while the Best Marketing Partners were Guess?, Jollibee, Fitness First, Mothers Fried Chicken, and M. Lhuillier Jewelers.
The Best in Christmas Decoration Special Awards, given to establishments who have captured the holiday spirit through creative and engaging decorations, went to Idea Italia, Carmens Linen, Tropikal Relik, and Rustans.
Lacoste, represented by Elizabeth Quiambao, garnered the Store of the Year Award for upholding the highest standard of business management and operations and for significantly contributing to sales, not only for their store but for Ayala as well.
The most coveted award, the Grand Store of the Year, went to Kamiseta, who has shown its commitment to product innovations and has offered its loyalty and trust to the Ayala Malls by bringing its business to Ayala Center Makati, Alabang Town Center, and Ayala Center Cebu. Christina and Gunn Roque accepted the award.

The highlight of the event was a live mini-concert by international diva Sybil, who sang her popular hits that included Make It Easy On Me, Walk On By, and Dont Make Me Over.
