Women's Month: Celebrity doctor hails women as 'true superpower'

In commemoration of International Women's Day and Women’s History Month, top celebrity doctor Clarissa “Issa” Cellona MD, founder and lead dermatologist of Skincell Advanced Aesthetic Clinics, posted an inspiring message on her clinic’s Instagram account.

In a post made last March 8 on @skincell.care, the popular dermatologist wrote: “This month we honor the power, tenacity and grit of women the world over. May the achievements of women be celebrated everyday to inspire others and make the world a better place for all. Cheers to the true superpower. Happy International Women’s Day and Women’s History Month!”

International Women’s Day is a global celebration honoring the social, economic, cultural and the triumphs made by women the world over. The day is observed annually to raise awareness against discrimination and to take action to drive gender parity.

The campaign theme for International Women’s Day 2024 is “Inspire Inclusion”, which emphasizes the importance of diversity and empowerment in all aspects of society. It calls for action to break down barriers, challenge stereotypes, and create environments where all women are valued and respected.
