In case you missed it: Manila Fashion Festival S/S 2016

Philstar.com

MANILA, Philippines - For those who missed the glitz and glamor of Manila Fashion Festival's runway last week, we rounded out the TDF looks to fill in the gap in your closet.

From October 22 to 25, the country’s most-celebrated fashion veterans and budding designers joined forces to give the audience a sneak peek of their collection.

Check out their designs for Spring/Summer 2016 below:

Chris Diaz

Chris Diaz opened the show with a tangerine blast from his "Stoked" collection. The citrus pops were then joined by sheer pullovers, denim-inspired shift dresses and sea of black oversized silhouettes.

Milka Quin

Milka Quin brought the runway into a Silent Circus - as she calls her collection. Instead of blast of colors, models wearing voluminous hair were paired with whites, grays and tones of apple green.

Niño Angeles

Niño Angeles re-imagined summer staple by painting suits, vests and button-downs with tropical prints. With a collection titled "Un Jour," we saw a combination of crisp, clean tailoring and deconstruction.

Renan Pacson

Showing some streetwear spunk, Renan Pacson sent her models down the runway wearing his "Seams and Interruptions" collection. With plastic likes turned into wearable hats and crumpled silhouette wears, Pacson brought a rugged couture we can all have in our closet.

John Herrera

John Herrera round out the first day of the sartorial affair with his "Bioluminescence" collection.  Herrera sent models wearing sheer, body-hugging dresses with neon fringes and wedges that glow in the dark, giving the audience an amazing closing.
