Concealing unsightly spots
DEAR LUCY,
I have angry red pimple marks that are difficult to conceal with my regular blemish concealer. They are flat, but still dark and make for unsightly spots. Help!

I have just the product for you! Bare Minerals has this Well Rested concealer that works wonders. Unlike the usual cream or stick concealers, this one is in loose powder form. You use a brush like Shu Uemura’s 12BL or 10F to pat it on, and it looks natural on the skin. I find that it is best to use a primer, and after applying concealer, set the whole face with loose powder. I love the one from By Terry. It stays on beautifully.

Say goodbye to torn ear lobes
DEAR RISSA,
I love wearing earrings but over time, my ear lobes got bigger because of wearing heavy earrings. I get so conscious everytime I wear earrings because the hole has gotten so big and long. Is there a certain type of earrings I should be wearing? What can I do?

Torn and stretched ear lobes tend to happen when you have a habit of wearing heavy earrings all the time. I came across a cool beauty tool which helps solve the problem. Try to look for Lobe Wonder at True Value. These earring support patches are clear, undetectable adhesive patches, which you apply to the back of your ear lobe. It helps make long or torn ear lobes less visible by reducing the strain of heavy earrings. Since it helps prevent earrings from sliding down, it also prevents future tears from worsening the condition of your ear lobes. I’ve never tried it, but it looks like an amazing beauty solution. Good luck!
