Where did Anne Curtis’ first diamond come from?

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - Anne Curtis still remembers the time she bought her first diamond. Every girl remembers the first time she received a diamond.

Whether it was a baptism, graduation, or one’s sweet 16, behind every diamond is a unique story, a certain emotion evoked, and a memory associated that becomes as unbreakable as the enduring gem itself.

Committed to authenticity and quality, last Feb. 21 My Diamond hosted an intimate dinner at Chef Jessie at the Rockwell Club, inviting guests to Love My Diamond.

My Diamond longtime clients Chris Tiu and Anne Curtis shared their diamond experiences.

Just as special as it is for a woman to receive her first diamond, Chris Tiu shared that the same can also be said about the man behind the purchase. A diamond is not a gift that is frivo-lously given. When a man gives a woman a diamond it is seen as a grand gesture.

Diamonds say that you are committed. Diamonds say that you are special. Diamonds say that the love you share is unbreakable.  “Be it for a family member, special friend, or significant other, the giving of a diamond is a unique and emotional experience,” says Chris.

For Anne Curtis, buying her first diamond was just as memorable and a more personal experience. Anne shared that she bought her first diamond after she got her first commercial.

For her, diamonds symbolize more than just love and commitment. When a woman makes her first diamond purchase, it is a symbol of her independence, success, and liberty. Wearing a diamond that you purchased makes you feel confident and empowered. Anne’s road to success has not always been easy, but her first diamond purchase is a reminder of the obstacles she was able to overcome.

Whether given or bought, there are certain things one must know about diamonds. There are standards upon which diamonds are valued. These depend on the cut, color, clarity, and carat weight, commonly known as the 4Cs. In addition to the 4Cs, however, My Diamond values their gems with a fifth C: a certificate that guarantees that your diamond purchase has been graded and examined by expert gemologists.

My Diamond stores are located at Glorietta 4, Resorts World Manila, Shangri-La Plaza Mall, SM Megamall, SM Mall of Asia, Gateway Mall, Robinsons Place Manila, Festival Supermall, SM Lanang Davao, and Lucky Chinatown Mall.

For inquiries, contact My Diamond at 0917-845-2563 from Monday to Friday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., excluding holidays.  Or log on to www.mydiamond.com.ph.
