Green & Black’s chocolates Among the wines that can be sampled at Wine Story is World’s End Crossfire Cabernet Sauvignon from Andy Beckstoffer’s vineyards. World’s End Crossfire is a richly-layered wine with bold notes of blackberry, deep black cherry and a long finish. Other great options are M. Chapoutier Crozes Hermitage Les Varonniers 2007, a very stylish wine with notes of blackberry, pepper, tobacco and cocoa and lingering black tea and iron notes on the finish; Chateau Bernadotte 2006, which features a sweet cherry nose with a hint of vanilla and a fruity palate; and Dr. Loosen 2009’s Wehlener Sonnenuhr Riesling Spatlese, a wine which opens with a mild and attractive peach bouquet, and tantalizes with notes of apple. The 2009 Wehlener Sonnenuhr Riesling Spatlese is light-bodied and graceful on the palate.
