Love will find a way

A romance that started in Paris in the mid ‘80s ended happily at the altar of San Antonio Church in Forbes Park. 

Annie Carmona was a fashion design student in Paris when she met Thomas Kunhke, who was then the vice president of Credit Commercial de France for the Middle East. Fate drew them apart and both moved on with their lives. Annie continued to live in Paris while Thomas transferred to New York where he was the managing director of JP Morgan, New York. 

Last year, they found each other again and this time around they both decided to build a life together in their golden years. 

The joyful wedding was jointly officiated by close family friends, Fr. Fernando Suarez and Fr. Gerard Deveza. Relatives and close friends of the bride and groom flew in from all over the globe to attend the affair with the ladies in their elegant long gowns and the men in dark suits and black tie.

After the gourmet dinner and short speeches at the Manila Polo Club, the bride and groom hit the dance floor with a sassy cha-cha, and the Arriba band soon drew everyone to join them. During the break, singers Stephanie Reese and Stephan Chan sang two duet numbers.
