Lady Gaga goes full Ferragamo
MANILA, Philippines - Pop singer Lady Gaga is known for marching to the beat of her own drummer when it comes to style. During her appearance on The View in New York City, the singer took head-to-toe matching to a new level by wearing only houndstooth-print items from Salvatore Ferragamo’s fall 2011 collection. She chose a houndstooth printed silk dress, houndstooth-painted python pumps, and a houndstooth-painted python clutch while singing You and I perched atop a houndstooth-printed piano. Her look included a bold black-and-white patterned houndstooth hat, sunglasses and nails.
Celebrities like Fan Bing Bing and Teresa Palmer were also recently spotted wearing this key pattern of Salvatore Ferragamo’s autumn/winter 2011 collection. Fan Bing Bing opted to wear black pumps with her dress; she also added a black sash tied at the waist and completed her look with a black hat and veil. Teresa Palmer sported her houndstooth dress with a chic ensemble of black Ferragamo pumps and silver Ferragamo clutch.
Actress Zoe Saldana walked the red-carpet screening of her latest film Colombiana pretty in Ferragamo pink. Saldana wore a simple and chic dress paired with a Salvatore Ferragamo gold metal minaudière with white braided leather inserts.
Going Gaga: During her appearance on The View in New York City, Lady Gaga sings You and I sitting at her houndstooth-printed piano. For the photo call of her latest film Friends with Benefits, the beautiful Mila Kunis looked stylish as she wore a pair of Salvatore Ferragamo python oxblood pumps with platforms.
