Kristina Katigbak is Mutya ng Lipa
MANILA, Philippines - Maria Kristina Peña Katigbak, daughter of Joaquin and Ma. Teresa Peña Katigbak, will be crowned Mutya ng Lipa 2011 at the reception and ball in her honor tonight at 7 at the Plaza Independencia in Lipa City.
Mayor Meynard Sabili, with wife Bernadette, will lead the city officials who will welcome the guests. He will be assisted by Vice Mayor and Mrs. Lydio Lopez Jr.
The Lipa City Culture and Arts Council and Joel Peña are spearheading the grand reunion of Lipeños with the traditional rigodon de honor.
Other special guests are Senator Ralph Recto, Governor Vilma Santos-Recto, Rep. Lani Mercado-Revilla, Education Secretary Armin Luistro, Vice Governor Mark Leviste, Dr. Bienvenido Lumbera, Commissioner Carmen Padilla, Consul Evie Luz Costa, Danny Dolor, Criselda Lontok, Noemi Lirag-Saludo, and Glecy Mojares.
