An eye-opener on eyeliners
Dear Rissa
I enjoy putting on eye makeup because I feel that my eyes are my best features. Eyeliner is still so tricky to put on. Please suggest an easy-to-use eyeliner that will define my eyes but won’t smudge.
Janine C.
Most liners come in either liquid, felt-tip pen or pencil form. Although easy to use, pencil eyeliners are creamy and can result in unattractive creases or uneven fading. To keep your peepers virtually smudge-free, a felt-tip pen eyeliner is the best alternative. It lasts longer and gives a sharper straighter line than a wax-based eyeliner can. And unlike liquid eyeliners, which need a very steady hand, a felt-tip pen is easier to hold and control. I’m loving right now the Penultimate Eye Liner in Rapidblack from MAC’s latest Wonder Woman collection. Yes, they have joined forces! Don’t be intimidated by this jumbo-sized marker. Once in your hands, it empowers you with eyeliner skills that bid smudges and messy lines goodbye. This Penultimate Eye Liner feels comfortable in the hands, making it a breeze to control. It glides on so easily that my eyeliner time has been cut down to half. It makes me feel like a pro every time I use it. It saves the day in a blink! To unleash the Wonder Woman in you, check out as well the lipsticks, glosses, blushes, and eye shadows from the latest Wonder Woman collection of MAC.

Go for that Glow within
Dear Lucy
I often hear and read about a glow that is “lit from within,” aside from achieving that through flawless skin, what are some products that can enhance that?
Bella

While you’re at it, check out their delightful Wonder Woman collection! Each one brings back delightful childhood memories while making you look good. Makeup has never been this fun, literally!

Of Bronzers and Blushers
Dear Ms. Tingtin,
How can I put color back into my skin to make my face attractive?
Kaye
Use a combination of bronzer and blusher. You don’t want a sun-kissed face but a bright one. The key to subtle bronzer application is to use a large brush. As the sun hits you from above, hold the brush high, pointing it downwards, and dot the powder onto your temples and under your cheekbones. Pick a bronzer that is not too dark, chalky or matte. These tend to stick to the naturally oily patches of your face and can look muddy, so opt for one with a hint of shimmer instead. Try bronzing powder.
Bring cheeks to life by applying a rosy blush.
