DKNY captures New York's art and soul

MANILA, Philippines - New York art and soul converge to produce an eclectic mix of ready-to-wear collections by fashion label DKNY.

Inspired by Bauhaus grids, Art Deco florals, equestrian plaids, and schoolgirl kilts DKNY showcases clothes with color-blocked patterns in black, charcoal, umber, vicuna, and oxblood. Bluebird sapphire, peach and oyster accented the dark palette to give an unexpected pop of bright color.

Showing a tall and lean silhouette reminiscent of the New York skyline, this collection comes in super short, hip-slung and slim belted, jersey like dresses, knits and mohair sweaters, pleated skirts in plaid or color-blocked, man-tailored jackets, plaid riding coats and a classic urban trench coat. Light up the evening with shining little dresses with abstract patches of metallic beads and sequins.
