Time to come home to Poveda

MANILA, Philippines - St. Pedro Poveda College batches 1984 and 1985 invite all alumnae to a grand homecoming, “It’s Time to Come Home, Time to Give Back” on Jan. 9, 2010 (Saturday), 4.30 p.m. The homecoming will be in held in Poveda’s New Gym Auditorium.

It’s time to come home to celebrate the jubilarians’ 25th year and St. Pedro Poveda College’s 50th year. Aside from celebrating a milestone, it’s time to give back. The proceeds will go to the renovation of the school’s chapel. Other beneficiaries are the Makabata Foundation and Poveda’s faculty and staff who were affected by the recent Typhoon Ondoy.

Expect a night of fun and festivity with surprise numbers from the jubilarians, a fashion show featuring the alumnae from past 50 golden years, to be capped by an 80’s dance party.
