MANILA, Philippines - Dressing for work has gone a long way since women began to take seats in corporate boardrooms in the Eighties. The era of power dressing saw women dressing like men with stiff suits and padded shoulders.

Today, women are more comfortable with their femininity after years of realizing one doesn‘t have to act like a man to get things done at work. With today’s 24/7 lifestyles, nine to five is no longer the norm. Formal suits no longer rule, with tech titans changing the way we dress for work.

With corporate dressing now more relaxed, getting down to business is a lot of fashion fun at SM. What’s on the style agenda? The blazer? Soft, sleek, and at times borrowed from the boys. The latter includes relaxed boyfriend-style blazers, cropped tops, and pinstriped jackets in fresh new shapes.
