MADRID, Spain – Tall, young, and lovely, they’ve graced many an international fashion magazine, endorsed many a beauty product, and walked many an international fashion ramp. And now, backstage after a show in Madrid, I’m privileged to meet them all – up close and personal – and get them to share some precious fashion and beauty tips. Excerpts:

Marina Perez has done campaigns for Armani sunglasses and the Spanish department store El Corte Ingles. She’s also appeared on the catwalk of Milan fashion shows.

What every woman should have in her wardrobe: White casual blouses, black plunging necklines and backless dresses in silk with matching high heels. Don’t wear too much accessories. If you wear a simple dress, wear simple jewelry.

Fashion advice for Asian girls: Clean your face very well with a cream and use a hair treatment once a week to keep your hair split-ends free.

What every woman should have in her wardrobe: Wear something that will make you feel beautiful like jeans, dresses, skirts in black and pink during the day, flat shoes that you can walk around and be comfortable in, and high heels that make you feel sexier.

Advice for Asian girls: Wear bright colors and tight white jeans – Diesel came out with a nice collection. Water, moisturizer and good sex!

What every woman should have in her wardrobe: Denims, black pants, low-necked blouses in brown, pastels and red that you can match with everything, and flat shoes for everyday wear. For the evening, black dresses with low necklines and high heels. Dresses showing your back are sexier because they’re revealing but more discreet. You also need accessories like earrings, big bracelets, and leather belts, but don’t overdo it because they can be distracting.

Fashion advice for Asian girls: Eat a balanced diet but especially veggies, go to the gym, and sleep well.

Fashion advice for Asian girls: If you want to look sexy, show either your back or your stomach – not both because you’d look like a tart. It is important to be sensual: Better to cover some parts, look good and leave the rest to the imagination. It is important to remember that dynamite comes in small packages – personality makes you bigger. If you are happy with who you are, the whole world will know how beautiful you are.

What every woman should have in her wardrobe: Jeans, pants, A-line skirts, shirts, dresses in beige, brown and light colors. For evening, long dresses showing the back, and high heels; flat shoes for day.

Fashion advice for Asian girls: Eat more vegetables, salads and avoid sweets. Moisturize, use conditioner for your hair and regularly trim the bottom to prevent split-ends.

Minerva was named Best New Model at the Pasarela Gaudi, Barcelona’s Fashion Week. This Spanish señorita has modeled for Alberta Ferreti, Cacharel, Max Mara, and Prada’s new brand Geni.

What every woman should have in her wardrobe: Good shoes like high heels, boots or strappy sandals, worn with jeans and T-shirt or a good jacket, from denim to animal prints. The most important thing is to be sexy: Wear a halter neckline, mini and backless dresses with a flower. Long hair is feminine, it makes a woman look sexy.

Fashion advice for Asian girls: Blumarine coats with boxing boots, jeans. For a party, wear black because it looks elegant. Just feel comfortable about what you wear and be happy with yourself.

What every woman should have in her wardrobe: Something elegant for the evening like black and white skirts and blouses – easy to wear everywhere. Wear your skirt really short, the better to show your legs, and if you want to be more elegant, wear it below the knee. Have casual clothes and footwear: Jeans and T-shirts, paired off with flat shoes, Nike or Converse shoes, and a baseball cap. Look sexy even in casual clothes by wearing your shirt and cap in a different way: Open at the back or in front, and have a shirt underneath it. You should have high heels because they make you feel sexier, walk sexier. Also flat shoes because they’re comfortable.

Fashion advice for Asian girls: Wear what you feel like wearing, but short skirts with high heels and denim skirts and jackets look good on Asian girls. Try not to use a lot of makeup. Avoid it when you don’t need to use it. Clean your skin very well. Consult your doctor for special products. I usually prefer to go to the pharmacy to buy cosmetics like La Roche.

If you really want to be a model, be proactive. I went to Paris for one week, went to a modelling agency and presented my portfolio and they took me in. Just know yourself and what you want to do in this business, and be energetic and hardworking.

Fashion advice for Asian girls: A mini skirt makes your legs look longer, either with sandals or high heels. For the evening, the hippie look makes you look chic. Sleep a lot and drink lots of water – it cleanses your body. Avoid softdrinks and eat less rice.

What every woman should have in her wardrobe: A pair of Manolo Blahnik shoes, a nice jacket, a Marc Jacobs sweat shirt, old vintage jean jackets by Levi’s, sneakers, high heels, Ungaro boots, pointed shoes with low or kitten heels because they’re classy and comfortable.

Fashion advice for Asian girls: Asian girls are really sexy and look good in anything, especially in bright colors like red and green. Fresh colors are perfect for the weather you have. Drink a lot of water, get enough sleep and use moisturizer for the eyes. And have good sex!

What every woman should have in her wardrobe: Basics like sexy underwear because it always makes you feel sexier. I used to like very chic underwear but now, I simply prefer cotton because it is always nice and I think men like women wearing girlie underwear. Real cotton is good and healthy to wear. Jean jackets are also good because they never go out of fashion. Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable, like me – I have mixed stuff. I have second-hands. I love dark colors though I don’t wear dark all the time. I like comfortable shoes like this one (pointing to her pointed ballerina shoes with a buckle and kitten heels) I wear it all the time. I like Sergi Rossi’s shoes – high and thin heels.

Advice for Asian girls: Have good sex – nothing makes you look better after that.
