MANILA, Philippines — Last Dec. 15, underprivileged Manila children experienced an early Christmas through Museo Pambata’s Gift Giving activity. The Philippines’ premier interactive children’s museum is celebrating Christmas as well as its founding anniversary.

A total of 800 kids experienced a free museum tour and watched performances from the Parañaque High School Glee Club, Center for Pop Music students, Bless the Children Harmonic Group, Children’s Joy Rondalla, Nilo Lucenada, Harriet Wharmby, Shanti Lagunsad Gleason, and the Insiana Lucban dancers.

They ended the special tour by going home with bags filled with noche buena items, toys and children’s books from generous individuals and organizations including The Philippine Star and The Fookien Times Yearbook Publishing Co. Inc.
