BAP turns 50 @ Makati Shangri-la

MANILA, Philippines - The Bankers Association of the Philippines (BAP) celebrated its Golden Corporate Anniversary and 65th Foundation Year last August 20, 2014. The BAP was incorporated and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on August 24, 1964, a little more than 15 years after it was founded on March 29, 1949. The BAP, together with industry partners, stakeholders and regulators both past and present, commemorated six decades of continued service to the Philippine commercial banking industry and its various stakeholders.
