MANILA, Philippines - Last November, Beringer fans in the Philippines were privileged to meet Ed Sbragia, wine master emeritus of Beringer Vineyards, the only winemaker to have been awarded Wine Spectator’s “Wine of the Year†award for both a red and white wine. An exquisite 7-course dinner paired with Beringer’s iconic Private Reserve wines was presented in collaboration with Shangri-La’s Head Sommelier Daniel Blais and Executive Chinese Chef Richard Thong.
