Despedida for Argentine Ambassador

MANILA, Philippines - After his diplomatic term as Ambassador of Argentina to the Republic of the Philippines, H.E. Joaquin Daniel Otero was feted with a despedida party in the home of Susing and Maritess Pineda. Susing Pineda is the Chairman of the Philippine Argentina Business Council. Ambassador Otero is credited for the enhancement of cultural, trade and economic diplomacy between the Argentine Republic and the Philippines.
