Ramon Magsaysay ‘Servant Leader’ launched @ The Pen

MANILA, Philippines - The Ramon Magsaysay Award Foundation (RMAF) formally launched the book “Ramon Magsaysay: “Servant Leader” With a Vision of Hope” last November 14 at The Conservatory of the Peninsula Manila. The book is authored by Jose Veloso Abueva, former president of the University of the Philippines and now professor emeritus of political science and public administration. This is Abueva’s second book on the late president; the first being published in 1971 and titled “Ramon Magsaysay: A Political Biography”.  The new book is an updated version of the first one and includes insights on the different presidencies since Magsaysay’s incumbency covering more than five decades.

Present at the event were RMAF friends and executives, government officials and friends and relatives of the Magsaysay family.
