MANILA, Philippines - Precious S. Soliven, founder of O.B. Montessori schools and former UNESCO Secretary General, celebrated her birthday recently at Brasserie Cicou, the new French restaurant on Annapolis Street, Greenhills. Her family and friends from media and the diplomatic circle were treated to a night of music by Fil-Am singer Stephanie Reese and good food by renowned Chef Cyrille Soenen.
