Fil-Chinese couple finds fun and fortune in Rufo’s tapa franchise

MANILA, Philippines - Husband and wife Dexter and Katri Tiu are fine examples of successful Chinese entrepreneurs.  They already have a flourishing livestock farm but wanted to try out the restaurant business.
