MANILA, Philippines - This February, get ready to celebrate the 18th Clark Philippines Hot Air Balloon Fiesta, a festival of everything that flies! See early morning balloon flights, aerial demos, ultra lights, para gliders and skydivers in one day of fun and total excitement. These and more are just a few of what to expect as Victory Liner brings you to Clark, Pampanga on Feb. 23 and 24 via its Byaheng Victory tours!

Aside from aerobatic display, there will be aerial display of colorful balloons in different formation, routines and even synchronized maneuvers. A thrilling performance from the Breitling Jet Team, the largest civilian aerobatic display team in Europe, will also awe the crowd of its acrobatic supersonic jets displays. The team flies displays across Europe and the Middle East and each year undertakes a busy schedule of engagements, including major international air shows and Breitling corporate events.
The annual event gathers more interest each year from around the world. As the event gains more world recognition and credibility, local and foreign balloon and aeronautic professionals join the festivity. Thus, from Feb. 23 to 24, there will be indeed a weekend of great fun – guaranteed bigger and better than ever!
Highlights of the show are the magical flight of hot air balloons; aeromodelling demos, ultralights and fixed-wing aircraft competitions; daredevil para gliders and skydivers; and kite flying.
Assembly time is at 2 a.m. from Victory Liner Cubao Terminal. Expected time of arrival at Clark Airfield, Pampanga is around 4:30am; just in time to watch the colorful parade of the balloons up the sky! Participants are likewise given free time to watch aerial demos, para gliders and skydivers. Departure from the Clark Airfield is at 10 a.m., just in time to catch any weekend errands by 12 noon.
For a very minimum package rate of P950, you enjoy a roundtrip transfer from Cubao to Clark Airfield then back to Cubao; entrance to the Hot Air Balloon Fiesta; travel insurance; and a Byaheng Victory ID and lanyard.
