Monochrome breaks ground at Nuvali

MANILA, Philippines - On March 3, The Monochrome broke ground in Nuvali, the country’s first sustainable eco-city. The Monochrome is primed to be the premier events place of the South.

A partnership between 828 Properties Inc. and Nuvali, the Monochrome Events Space will have an area of 3,500 square meters, seating capacity of 740 on the ground floor and 730 seats on the second floor, and a total of six events halls. The events space also features four modern monochromatic pavilions with a lounge, guest’s lavatory, well-appointed interiors, good air-conditioning systems and state-of-the-art in-house sound systems.

The Monochrome Events Space also features glass walls and is situated right beside the scenic Nuvali lake, giving guests a breathtaking view. With an iconic design by Leandro V. Locsin Partners Architects, the Monochrome’s lakeside view will provide a picture-perfect setting that will cater to all types of events such as social, corporate, school and concert events and is expected to add more activities to Nuvali.

The Monochrome Events Space will open its doors on December 12 across Nuvali’s Evoliving Center.
