Flawless wins outstanding retailer award

MANILA, Philippines - For the second year in a row, popular aesthetic clinic Flawless is the proud recipient of the Outstanding Retailer Award. Received by Flawless CEO Rubby Sy from the Philippine Retailers Association, the award coincided with National Flawless Day, which marked the ninth anniversary of the beauty clinic chain.

 “The award was the happy culmination to a challenging and gratifying year,” said Rubby. Since Flawless has won the award twice in a row, the beauty clinic was also elevated to the Hall of Fame.

Last year when Rubby received the first award, she said, “This award is just an indication of how hard we should continue to work to provide above-par customer service to our patients and we must always serve as an example to our peers — within Flawless and to our stakeholders.”

Apparently, that promise rang true in 2010 with the company providing consistently excellent assistance to its loyal customers and keeping the interests of stakeholders, employees and partners in mind. Most memorable were the nine weeks leading up to National Flawless Day, coined by the clinic as the Power of 999, to celebrate Flawless’ ninth birthday. Some of the clinic’s most popular services were offered for only P999 such as the Power Peel, injectables, electrocautery wart removal, facials and even the non-surgical Meso Lipo.

In the middle of 2010, Flawless offered true luxury to its patients with a designer bag promotion offering luxurious fashion investments to lucky winners of a raffle draw.
