Corporate Giveaways exhibit slated July 7 to 9
MANILA, Philippines - Call it a Filipino tradition or simply a marketing tool, but corporate gift-giving is becoming all the more an important part of commerce that generates business and builds relationships with clients.
This trend is what brings thousands of entrepreneurs and company executives to Corporate Giveaways, the country’s biggest and longest-running annual buyers’ show on business gifts, premiums, promotional ideas and merchandise incentives.
Slated at the A Venue Events Hall of Antel Lifestyle City on Makati Avenue in Makati on July 7 to 9, the Corporate Giveaways 2010 will showcase thousands of products from the country’s most reliable suppliers, providing business executives with their year-round gift-giving requirements.
The change of venue from Manila to Makati City marks the 23rd year of Corporate Giveaways and its return to the country’s premier financial district to make the event more accessible to the business community.
The event also features Corporate Solutions and the F&B Gifts Lane. Corporate Solutions 2010 is the 7th yearly trade exhibit on marketing support services, business solutions, office equipment, and supplies and uniforms, while the F&B Gifts Lane is an annual showcase and sampling of year-round food and beverage gift options.
All under one roof, the three events bring together professionals, entrepreneurs and executives involved in purchasing, market research and development, advertising and promotions, public relations and communications, events and brand management, customer relations, e-commerce, sales and marketing, business development, and human resources.
“At least 75 percent of the event’s visitors last year were from top management, and 80 percent of the exhibitors booked orders on site,” said Raquel Romero, general manager of event organizer World Expos & Concepts Inc. (Worldexco).
The exhibitors included manufacturers and suppliers of advertising specialties, awards, medals and trophies, bags and wallets, balloon décor, caps and headgears, CEO gifts, Christmas giveaways, corporate neckties and uniforms, cups, flasks and mugs, desktop accessories, diaries, organizers and calendars, marketing and promotional materials, food and beverages packages, handcrafted items, houseware, keychains and magnets, leathercraft, luggage, novelty items, paper products, personal electronics, stationery, stoneware, personalized scents, toys, t-shirts, jackets and garments, umbrellas, wines and spirits, and writing instruments, among many others.
