Delta Air Lines launches new ad campaign
MANILA, Philippines - Delta Air Lines recently launched a new advertising campaign through major national newspapers, magazines, Internet and tactical media in Philippines and Asia.
The new advertising campaign is designed to raise awareness of the new Delta brand following the merger with Northwest Airlines and to promote the two new flights between Narita and New York (JFK) and Narita and Salt Lake City, which will launch at the beginning of June.
The Delta brand advertisement will introduce Delta as the world’s largest airline and will feature the headline, “Only Birds Fly More Than We Do.”
The advertisement for the Tokyo-Narita to New York (JFK) service features the Statue of Liberty, the icon of the city, shown from a unique angle. The headline states, “Enjoy a New York Welcome Every Time You Arrive” to express Delta’s welcome message to its customers.
The Narita to Salt Lake City advertisement features the Arch Rock at the Arches National Park. It highlights the stunning natural beauty of the west and showcases Salt Lake City as a “gateway” to more than 90 cities including the U.S. west region. The headline reads “Your Gateway to the American West.”
