Mall tenants take a peek at Robinsons Dumaguete

Robinsons Dumaguete was recently presented to national retailers as well as to local entrepreneurs during a Tenant Conference held in Sta. Monica Resort, Dumaguete City. 

Over 100 retailers and local government employees previewed the overall design and concept of Dumaguete’s first full-service mall which is slated to open next year.

Located at the Dumaguete Business Park, South Rd., Calindigan, Dumaguete City, Robinsons Dumaguete will house Robinsons Department Store, Robinsons Supermarket, Robinsons Appliances, Handyman Do It Best and Robinsons Movieworld.

The mall boasts nightlife options in their al fresco area complemented with popular fast food chains. Completing the retail options are boutiques, service outlets, local and well-known retailers.

The conference was graced by Robinsons Retail Group business unit manager and senior vice president Robina Y. Gokongwe-Pe, Gibi Shoes operations manager Alice Ng, Galleon Enterprises’ Grace and Reynaldo Eusebio, Bayo’s Vilma Ausejo and Lorna Mapili, Mixed Apparel’s Villi and Belen Basig, McDonald’s’Geoffrey Clemente, Pizza Hut’s Reyan, Chowking’s Ramon Quaison, Fuji Color’s Michael and Melissa Tui, Golden Budapest Phil. Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) is currently operating four shopping malls in the Visayas. Two more are expected to open next year including Robinsons Place Tacloban.   

Publicly listed Robinsons Land Corporation is a major real estate player in the Philippines. RLC’s growing portfolio covers various operations involving shopping centers, high-rise residential condominiums and town houses, housing and land with residential subdivisions (projects and properties) with office buildings as well as hotels.

To date, there are 23 shopping malls, 31 housing and land developments, 26 residential condominiums, six office buildings, and four hotels.
